We recycle, compost, and 40% of the electricity used at Sage’s Café is from Green Wind Power. Sponsor of Save Our Canyons, Hawk Watch International, Sierra Club, Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, KCPW, KRCL, University of Utah, Ching Animal Santuary and many others.

We do not consistently purchase any products from Sysco or other super sized distributing companies.
